Hey guys! Today I want to share with you my favorite recipe for fluffy pancakes. In a bowl, mix 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt. Add 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbsp melted butter. Stir until just combined. Cook on a greased pan until golden brown. Enjoy!
