here's my hot, degen-infected take: initial capital inheritance event at each neuron should eventually ossify into borrowing/lending operational funds on merit. VC-funded enterprises should be able to interact with public goods funding, but not with flat access to the underlying tokens like ETH or OP, instead they might afford a lower collateralization ratio because they've shipped.

however, I don't think this is exhaustive of the ecosystem as whole, and there are multiple perspectives regarding the sustainability of unwinding such arrangements.
