not sure of your terrain possibilities and safety. Have you created a map of credible sightings? Is it possible for you to sit out at night with a little food so that the cat knows you are there? It can take days for the cat to feel safe about coming back. Went through this with an indoor family cat that was missing for 10 days. He would not come when called and it was confusing. I made a map and developed a feeling of where he was generally. Still close by but not coming back. Often there are feral colonies. I sat out at night in a chair at a distance and one night even though it was dark and could not see much I could tell I was looking in his eyes. It gave me hope. He did not approach and ran when I approached. A few days later he came back on his own. Every case is different I know. And I am wishing you all the best.

Keep trying penta. By the sounds of the size of the village, he's probably slinking around feeding off what he can

indoor only cats go into survival mode when exposed to the outdoors & prioritize hiding over responding to calls this is advice from a top hit article What to Do if Your Cat Is Missing Indoor-only cats that escape often go into defense mode, especially if they are timid. This means they will hide even when called. They may not want to show themselves. If your cat recently bolted, know that it is likely they are nearby, so don't go heading off in your car for a ground search. Instead, do the following: Be patient. Put out food. Sit quietly, and call them calmly. Leave a door to your house open (this ofc depends on safety) etc πŸ’• πŸ’•
