it all worked nicely out of the box for me (as a designer larping as an engineer)

for me it would be to have an example.env file in the repo already and I had to remove the '' around some variable to get it working with my api key

then @sha237 did the real work – will ask him :)

What new features would you like to see?  Any improvement ideas?
