i failed to go to the gym again today. i really need to sort this out. but i have done a lot of work

i've been a bit chained to my desk the past two years and need to get out waaay more. i used to be outside walking 1.5 - 2 hours a day in the past

hopefully soon youll be getting out for 2 hours a day walks on pentacle island ! 🏝️
