Thank you. It's not the most comfortable style but it's good for those cold winter nights.

That sounds great and all but that would mean he'd have a choice.

I’m pretty sure you couldn’t make him do anything he doesn’t want to do but have at it. I’ll be in the pool in my villa 😁😂

Will you have air conditioning? Cuz I'll just be where the air con is now that I think about it.

So you’ll be happy. I like to look at it more than swim in it.

So one of my absolute BEST childhood memories was when I almost died in a riptide. My Aunt Eloise never had kids of own and was 16 years older than my dad. She made a bunch of money in the 80s and early 90s driving around to big companies and running seminars to teach the employees how to use computers because most people had no idea back then. So by the time I was 5, she had retired and she spent the rest of her life being a mix of 3rd parent/extra cool aunt/young hip bonus grandma to me in my brothers. Every summer, she would rent a beach house in Maine for two weeks. My mom was a teacher and had summers off, so she would invite my mom, and us kids to stay with her at the beach house. The water in Maine is ALWAYS cold and the tides are strong. She and my mom were known to enjoy a bit of day drinking on the beach as one does. So one day, when I was 8 or so, she had had a few mimosas and I asked her to go swim with me....

... we each had a boogie board (a Styrofoam board for riding the waves in on your belly) and we were using then to float, as we looked out at the horizon and she told me stories about her grandmother (my great grandmother). She talked for maybe half an hour or so. I was listening to a tale about how she made the best orange juice muffins, when I tried to put my feet down on the ground to shift my position and realized, "uh-oh" I couldn't reach the bottom. So I said, "Um... Aunt Eloise... I can't touch the bottom anymore." She popped off her board, dropped under water, popped back up and said, "Oh don't worry dear, I can't either!" I turned around and noticed that we could no longer see the shoreline because it was so far away, so I said "Um... I can't see the beach anymore either...." She looked back too and calmly said, "Huh... I can't either! Well we better get swimming!".....

Haha nice. Yeah riptides were a big thing when we were growing up in Sydney. One of those things we feared like quick sand and the Bermuda triangle. I think I got caught in one or two. That's what we were also taught too, to swim across. Cool story/ memory.
