I ran a really good race today ——

Laurel Highlands 50k / 31 miles, 6400’ of vertical gain

20th overall in 6h25m - incredibly stoked about this and my effort out there today on a really challenging course. 

Will write more here later and might even write up a race report. ✍️

Wow! If I ran this marathon and could complete it somehow, I think I would sleep or wouldn’t benable to move öy muscles for a week! Congrats!
