OpenAI have announced their latest model as "o1", slated for release this week. I know OpenAI are hype masters, but even if these metrics turn out to only be half-correct, this is a leap I wasn't expecting to see. Fellow human bros, we may be cooked ๐

Depends on your point of view really! If the hype is matched with actual performance, it means we're quite close to the age of superintelligent AI.
