Xiao Long Bao (ๅฐ็ฌผๅ ๏ผ This type of dimsum is particularly famous in South/SE Asia. It has pork/chicken broth inside which explodes in your mouth when you eat it! ๐ฅ I think I ate around 14 today (Pork, Chili Crab, Chocolate XLBs)๐
