I remember an old boss of mine told me "the cream always rises to the top". It really stuck with me. The message is that if you work hard to develop your talents then you will eventually rise to the top and be rewarded for your efforts.

Hold tight to who you are your roots are your strength. Never let anyone come between you and your dreams, when you give your loyalty, give it completely, with everything in you. Live with purpose, fight for what you believe in, and stay true to yourself and those you love.
