As an active participant in the RARE project, I would like to express my concerns about the new rules recently introduced to the project. It seems that these rules make it impossible for new individuals to join the RARE project, which clearly represents a step backward.

To improve the situation, I suggest that you reconsider your decisions and remove the open rank rule so that everyone can participate in the project. These rules are specifically beneficial only to a limited number of people, which is concerning. Non-artist participants often show greater activity and can introduce the project to others. This not only increases public awareness of the RARE project but also helps boost activity and participation.
