Rankify.it makes DAO participation fun and easy yet powerful. It is a community building tool that teaches us empathy!

We are a #web3 social networking protocol that enables meaningful conversations to happen automatically. Autonomous content creation, ordering  is tightly coupled with creating rating system which is focused around ideas, rather than personalities

It works very simple: 
For any particular subject of conversation an nft is created. 
Token Id represents bearer Rank and can be used in #DAOs as competence indicator. 

Subjects can be pretty much anything. Music, Photos, Degen Memes, GitHub commits too :)

#Tokens are autonomous and are minted by #contracts that implement competence identification challenges. 

First challenge #protocol we are designing is based on continuous voting-proposing cycle:

Participants must play for N rounds, each requires proposing an idea, and  voting on ideas from previous turn. 
After each round scores are calculated and added to tournament table, ideas sorted according to score. 
Both proposals and voting stages are anonymous until turn ends.

games are played in small groups, which allows for participants to be selective on their nearest peer #community, however leaves each game a part of global "subject" index. 
Therefore competence generated is well fit for cross-stream collaboration

Continuous process allows members to feel less burden of proposing and voting as they have multiple attempts, allowing to adjust their ideas based on their community feedback and peers proposals. 
Other words phrasing, - it's a way to teach us empathy and ability to listen

DAOs today struggle with low participation rates as people feel it's too much of a burden and often find agenda to complicated to asses. 

Instead it allows focusing on individual competence in a fun way which earns an NFT  intrinsic value!

This protocol also addresses agenda manipulation issues touched in the white paper -  because you can use ordered list of ideas as agenda pre-cursor

This protocol is a step to create #AI benchmark against people that can be continuously competed and clearly defined because 
- #AI agent can be a participant 
- #ML models can be built by analyzing participant votes and ideas
