We play alpha testing for YouTube music videos. Its where original idea comes from. 

Participants in telegram chat send their ideas in to the dapp.

They don’t show information about the ideas, however UX is great because we show fact of submitting ideas.

Once songs are out bot decodes the proposals to show the content, yet it still does not say who proposes what.

Now players vote and send songs for next round. It also is anonymous.

This all happens in chat @telegram is first integrated but we are hoping for #gg20 to support us integrating @discord and @farcaster_xyz

At the end of the round all information is revealed and new set of proposals is published for new round.

Players can send new proposals for upcoming round and will naturally use results information to adjust their proposals based on previous rounds results

Game continues for multiple rounds allowing participants to learn better their community tastes and adjust their proposals, as well as just to have fun together.

When end conditions are reached winner gets an nft that represents level of his ability to represent group in some particular subject. 
It allows also to step further in ranking ladder and play with other champs

Similarly you can play any subject for governance. For example you could replace music links with git commits to write software iteratively.

It is literally zero management way of writing code in collaboration since you just vote & propose improvement for the next round
