MPC doesn't give you multi-chain accounts but instead gives you multi-chain signers

Same signer across multiple accounts in different chains

The accounts are still segregated per chain and your transactions and assets are split across each chain

split assets across chains are no issue in cosmos because of interchain accounts. you can access any asset from any chain.
