In this multi-chain world we can imagine three main categories of chains:
- General Chains (many apps inside a chain)
- App Chains (dedicated chains for a single app)
- Resource Chains (specialized chains for a single resource)

Why are Resource Chains different than App Chains?

Because App Chains are user-facing and Resource Chains are actually used by other chains to handover some shared property (assets, keys, names, etc)
