we're committed to supporting builders at all stages, whether you're just shipping your first onchain experiment or scaling a real business, we’re here to support you. one very new program which i'm very excited about is base batches, a global builder program that gives devs everything they need to grow—funding, exposure, mentorship, community, all of it. It works in stages: first, you join a buildathon in your region (we’ve got events all over the world). If you crush it, you can land a spot in our incubator, where you’ll get hands-on support from mentors, base core team members, and amazing partners. then comes demo day, where the top teams pitch to a panel of judges for a shot at up to $1 million in funding. this isn’t just about one-off events—we’re building a long-term support system from idea to traction to full-on company, we want to be there to help you every step of the way. head over to base.org/build and join a batch

Been working on it but without being big enough already and fitting into the marketing narrative at Base and Merkle it seems pretty impossible to break through to the power people on chain.

We need better beaconing for actual public good like humanitarian nonprofits in our own local towns, and less beaconing on mass content next. Hat tricks like donating to Myanmar while it’s in the news via mini-app is nice but I’d rather help my city turn run down buildings into public spaces for arts, tech, and community events that help the people you’re trying to onboard on Base see the LOCAL good it does here in our own home towns. Support more of that instead please.
