Microsoft's Possible Bitcoin Investment

During its shareholder meeting on December 10, Microsoft will consider a proposal to invest in Bitcoin put forth by The National Center for Public Policy Research. The board, however, recommends against the proposal due to existing evaluations of other inflation-hedging tools.

Pennsylvania House Passes Cryptocurrency Bill

The Pennsylvania House of Representatives approved bipartisan bill HB-2481, allowing residents to self-custody cryptocurrencies and use them for payments. The "Digital Assets Authorization Act" passed with 176 votes for and 26 against, but it still needs Senate approval and the governor's signature to become law.

The bill aims to enhance economic freedom and innovation while providing over 1.5 million Pennsylvanians clear rules for engaging with digital assets.
