SEC unlikely to collect more than $125M from Ripple? 😃 The firing of Gary Gensler and the appointment of a new SEC chair could positively impact XRP’s issuer. ✅ In the Ripple case, fines may be capped at the $125 million already awarded by the court, or even less. Meanwhile, lawsuits against Coinbase and other “frivolous” cases against crypto companies may be dropped by summer 2025. ⏰
