1/ Guys, what a fucking insane year at SEAL 911. It's been a hell of a ride—showing just how fucking far behind we are in securing our industry, but also proving why SEAL 911 matters so damn much. Alright, I know, I know you want some stats for 2024, and here we go: - Handled +1400 tickets - Actively managed +75 war rooms - Blocked over +150k phishing domains - ~$75M USD saved (guesstimate including phishing prevention measures) - Most common tickets: - 1) Phishing - 2) Private key leaks - 3) Malware/RATed devices - 4) Social media account takeovers - 5) Smart contract hacks - 6) Pig Butchering/Sha Zhu Pan - 7) Vulnerability disclosures - 8) Phishing URL reporting - 9) Frontrunning/white hat rescue of compromised wallets - 10) Domain hijacks

2/ We've been refining our team a lot, and SEAL 911 is now driven by 28 amazing volunteers (https://github.com/security-alliance/seal-911#members). Please give them a massive shoutout whenever you can—seriously, it's easy to forget that every single person here is volunteering their time! The tough reality is that we receive very few donations, so if you want to support our mission, you can find our donation details here: https://github.com/security-alliance/seal-911#donations.

3/ To wrap this up (and I hope you made it this far), seriously, stop fucking signing shit you don't understand, triple-check the domains you interact with, don't download and run software some random dude sent you, stop entering your keys anywhere, stop falling for fake token recovery scams (nobody can fucking hack back your money!), stop throwing your life savings into some fancy investment scheme a random Chinese girl you've never met IRL recommended, and stop clicking on sketchy video conference links (Zoom and Google Meet work, trust me—or as someone else said, don't believe their lies). Thanks and see you on the other side.
