Absolutely correct, one theory though is that, at least some of, the metrics are likely the same, so open rank can be used as an indicator 
All speculation though 

I guess the biggest unanswered question atm is whether ‘engagement’ only takes into account reactions to root casts or any and all

openrank and pb are independent.

You can check OpenRank data over time using CastSense!

The Warpcast dev team doesn’t use OpenRank. I already suggested they switch to it. Of course i was ignored
