What are your thoughts on making an onchain governance system for countries?

I believe the most efficient way to make a transparent and reliable government is to build it onchain and use ai tools for 24/7 data analysis and gathering citizens' thoughts on every single proposal.

A real-world example: 
In 2018, the state of West Virginia in the United States implemented a blockchain-based voting system for overseas voters during the midterm elections. This system, developed by a company called Voatz, aimed to enhance accessibility and security in the voting process.
