What are some best practices for using NFTs as a governance token and fungible tokens to represent voting power?

We’re thinking of differentiating the two, so the NFTs are soul-bound acting more like a board, and the fungible tokens/coins are like equity. Members of the DAO receive coins, founders/founding members receive both.
