Happiness is hidden in small things. If the narrator in my head is telling me to climb another peak, it might be better to thank him for the ambitious proposal and rather prepare a picnic under that peak. Admire the views, enjoy the moment... take a breath.

Happiness is not easy... according to Buddhist philosophy, has nothing to do with the state of possessions, but ... it is based on the state of mind. And the road to understand this is often rough.
