HookRank - your portal into @uniswap V4 Hooks is coming to @farcaster! Uniswap V4 introduced a powerful new primitive: hooks β€” custom logic that runs before or after any action in a pool. This unlocks limit orders, MEV protection, custom fees, dynamic LP incentives, and much more. Our platform helps devs and LPs to analyze and use Uniswap V4 hooks. 🧠 What it does: – Tracks TVL, volume, fees, usage – Ranks top-performing hooks – Scores hook security (threat score, critical issues) – Lets you swap directly inside hook details – Shows active liquidity pools + performance - Lets you manage liquidity directly inside hook details (coming soon) - Lets you see top performance pools by APY/APR, TVL, Volume and provide liquidity (coming soon) - And much more! πŸš€ Live Uniswap V4 Hooks stats: – 523 total hooks tracked – $276M in trading volume – $16M TVL across hook pools – $1.45M total fees generated Subscribe to get more insights about Hooks and Uniswap V4 ecosystem in general!

There was some recent minor "drama" on CT about @uniswap vs. @aerodrome volume which sparked our curiosity. So we used sim to investigate and here's what we found: Focusing on aggregator trades (used by retail, not arbitrageurs) on Base over the last 7 days: - Aerodrome has the largest aggregator trade volume - Uniswap V3 has more than twice as many aggregator trades Trade size breakdown: - Small trades (<$10k): Uniswap and PancakeSwap dominate - Larger trades ($50k+): Mostly routed to Aerodrome's deeper liquidity pools Top aggregators on Base by volume: - ODOS - 1inch - KyberNetwork On Ethereum, Uniswap remains the clear leader in aggregator trade volumes There isn't any earthshattering insights here, if anything this data shows the importance of considering multiple metrics when comparing DEX performance. crypto is getting adopted the US via democratic process (ie voters vote for crypto-friendly candidate, rule of law win over corrupt regulators). how do u see crypto get adopted in authoritarian countries that have a facade of democracy, but actually have ruling, military-backed elites (who have a history of censorship and value extraction) ? two paths: 1. boil the frog: crypto adoption happens slowly. elites are good at rent extraction. 2. resistance: a group of young dissidents w combo of railgun + private-tooling for DAOs to organize undetected. in the country i'm thinking of, over the past century the score is basically: military: 100 young-dissident: 0 any other plausible ways this plays out?

Continuing with this analogy of "chains" as country, @ilemi floated the idea of proxying trade between trade, so i queried value flow IN and OUT of Ethereum on various bridges as a proxy for trade. - $19.8B bridged out, $15.8B bridged in - Ethereum's largest "trade partners" are Arbitrum One, Polygon & Optimism
