I work for Ethereum at the Ethereum Foundation.

I’ve visited ef addr on block explorer and the budget did not seem like it’s 100M/year.

There have been a bunch of withdrawals, mostly 1000 eth per every few months for the last years.

So, the 100M withdrawal / budget smells like bs. There should be some exact numbers posted somewhere.

- is it 100m/2024 or 100m/2023, 2022, 2021 as well?
- where have old years been funded from?

- if it’s just 2024, how much was 2023 and why the increase?
