/base-builds grew 30% in submissions and contributors to 160+ last week

ask: onboard 1 builder this week and get them to submit for the next round 

if we reach ~200 contributors weekly, the reward pool will grow

Is there a preferred time during which people should post (eg. SF waking times)? I noticed that when we posted on monday noon (cet time), we were usually not included compared to Sat night! :)
