If everyone that proposes for Nouns has to: 1) be super talented with a proven track record 2) prove themselves at least 1 more time to Nouns 3) work for reduced rate for the love of the game 4) provide a unique skills set + know social media marketing, have media relationships for PR, provide detailed tracking and reporting, find sponsorships 5) be active in the community outside of delivering on thier prop how many senior execs and brilliant artists can we expect?

1. Include other members of the dao or find new contributors who want to help the mission of Nouns 2. No one is asking you to prove your love for nouns 3. We're a global decentralized community, should be conscious of ability to tap into other markets (especially for digital marketing) 4. S2 had 30k funding for just publicist and socials along with a portion going to "promotion" from producers 5. People should want to be here for Nouns, not just the money Maybe instead of execs who are time poor, we should be building up contributors who are looking for opps that can be mentored
