FIP: Direct Casts

A proposal to make Warpcast's Direct Casts an open standard that any Farcaster client can use.

I've been wanting this for a long time, and added DC account sharing to @anser-social.eth as soon as the beta APIs were available.
The truth is there is not enough demand and DAU at the moment to make it worth updating the feature whilst this FIP is deployed.
Also, with Farcaster integration in other wallets like @coinbasewallet (which embeds @xmtp if I am not mistaken), I do not think it makes much sense to keep trying to build another standard for Web3 Direct Messaging.
Defocus IMO.
