I'm facing an issue with one of our users. They connected they first account without problem. Then tried to add their second account this way : 1. Disconnect the main account from the SIWN popup β 2. Scan the SIWN QR code β 3. The get to the second QR code scan (correct profile displays in the upper right of the popup) β 4. Warpcast error when scanning the second QR code β Any idea ? We have a screen recording.

Yeah I work around that by clearing neynar webpage cache.

Hey, Its quite rare that people get this issue, so wanna pin it down. Were you able to use SIWN before facing this issue for this app or is this the first time this happened for this app? or did you ever face this issue before.

I am asking did that happen the very first time you logged into anser or were it working before?

It was on the first try for our users. We also noticed during an onboarding today that people systematically close the window without clicking the last button (βgo to Anserβ or something like that), as the copywriting looks like they just have to close the window.
