It depends on the hierarchy - if it's flat etc.. Usually, it's the whole, but sometimes an analyst has a mandate and they can't take on the ones that don't 'fit' the formula.

It's good to know if the one you're discussing with has been there awhile or has a track record not with the fund but w founders..

Noah, founder of Pump.fun had 4 or 5 failures before landing on this. He just turned 21..
