One of the great things about living in the countryside is waking up in the morning to the sound of a rooster crowing at the same time as the sun rises. The rural lifestyle requires you to be in tune with nature and adjust your life accordingly, which will synchronize your body's internal clock with nature's clock. Most importantly, you can grow your own produce and have fresh eggs and meat available, and live an organic lifestyle.
