🥲 the hardest thing about working on this, is the error response for the explorer API endpoints being too vague. 

Blockscout be like "Bad Request" ...ok, so what's wrong with the request 👀

Taking a lot longer that I had expected.

I cancelled the bounty so others would stop sending low-effort PRs. But if you'd like to fix it first, you can still go for it!
