Former BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes believes that Bitcoin needs to surpass its current $110,000 level and reach $150,000–$200,000 with stronger trading volume before altcoins can start rallying. The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has charged twelve people with a large-scale crypto fraud operation involving more than $263 million in stolen digital assets. The suspects are linked to an earlier case involving a Genesis creditor. The scammers allegedly siphoned $243 million crypto assets in that case.
