Last week, we sold out the first tokenized apartment listing in Dubai! Demand for onchain real estate is growing exponentially, we’ve had 400%+ MoM user growth, 5k+ users and 500+ folks that signed up to get whitelisted for this listing. Would be interesting to see which forms of RWAs take over once rates go down

The pragmatic approach to onchain product building from farcaster really resonates with me. I grew up on crypto libertarian values. Didn’t even have a bank account till 4 years into crypto. Got tons of hate from fellow decentralisation maxis for building a KYC’d product when I started working on Estate Protocol

Interesting. Have you come across any other RWA data platforms? Were listed on rwa.xyz but waiting for their real estate dashboard to come up Ondo did well indeed. Seem to be trading at a premium compared to similar projects, even ones with higher TVLs

What are your thoughts on the fat protocol thesis in 2024? I think too many L1s and L2s got funded, and the competition is now too high to extract much rent Would be interesting to see if all the capital being unlocked in the next couple of years will rotate into applications
