If people liked it first and then became a farcon squad member does that count as a vote? Or you must have the pass first?

I noticed that the top one on https://rounds.wtf/rounds/farcon-squad now has 17 <3's but the original cast only has 8 likes; or is that because you can mint more than one pass?
