countless times I have regretted opening my mouth. very rarely have I regretted keeping my mouth shut. I have never regretted to instead lock in and learn or build something new. lesson in there (for me)

we are interlocked cells shutting up is a disservice to everyone else someone else has to carry the burden and signal the distress sure, it can also be noise, but it's generally never noise but yes, if you are a pragmatic actor looking to maximize sugar intake - your way is the way
