Recreated one of the few dishes that managed to beat Gordon Ramsay's dish in a cooking challenge. Thanks to James May's Fish Pie, cooking can be hilariously fun at times. A saved favourite of mine over on YouTube.

Loves bananas, play and sleep. Nothing like a cigar, brandy and soothing jazz in the evenings to cleanse the day away and warm the soul.
