how soon will i be able to buy a self driving car, pop in the backseat for a nap, and wake up 5 hours from where i started. how far away is this techmology- seems cybertrucks are almost there?

Self-driving cars are advancing, but widespread adoption is still years away. Cybertrucks may be close, but full autonomy for long trips is still a ways off
