Have we solidified the rollout plan for verkle trees? Last I recall it was either:  Network halt for x hours, or slowly migrate the current db slowly

Gballet has a working poc that works on small networks. We're trying to run a small shadowfork now, as that would uncover more edgecases.

All test numbers were run with a basic nuc and a rocks5b that the Ethereum on arm guys recommend. So basically anything recommended today :D the higher we move the baseline, the faster the transition
