Most common Nigerians sandwich or toast bread.
You’ll need:
8 slices of bread or more
2 large eggs,Fish,Butter,cooking oil
⅛ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of ground 🌶️
Nigerian Toast Bread Recipe (Short Form)
Ingredients:
• 8+ slices bread
• 2 eggs
• Fish (flaked)
• ¼ tsp chicken seasoning
• Butter (for spreading)
• Cooking oil (for frying)
• ⅛ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
Steps:
1. Mix Filling: Beat eggs, add fish, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Prepare Bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice.
3. Fill & Cover: Place egg-fish mix on a slice, cover with another slice.
4. Toast: Heat a sandwich toaster or pan, grease with oil/butter, and toast until golden brown.
