Hey folks, just wanted to share a little win from this week. We finally cracked a process that's been holding our team back for ages. It's amazing how small changes can make such a big difference. We shifted a couple of tasks to better align with our team’s strengths and, wow, productivity has shot up. It’s the kind of thing that makes me wonder why we didn’t do it sooner.
