If I paste the frame URL into the Warpcast validator, the first image shows. It  also shows in preview if I try to cast it.  When this happens, it's likely that Warpcast has cached a bad/broken image -- once cast, it may not get refreshed from your original source. But if you re-cast the frame, the first image is likely to show in the new cast... Well done!
