Passed police/military standards (<12min) Thrusters: 6x5 @ 95lbs Bench: 5x5 @ 185lbs Deadlift: 4x5 @ 245lbs Total time: 44min 17sec Give it a try next time you're tight on time and looking for a quick workout. 60-90sec rest between sets and 2-3min between exercises to set up equipment.
