what a color! ❤️ we also make mead together with my boyfriend :) this time, we made it with strawberries and apricots, and both smell divine.

what’s interesting, apricot mead turned out to be more aromatic, but sourer. (M is for “morangos” — strawberries) I’m interested in the alcohol content! how much did your mead do? (our honey-only meads were considerably stronger)

You use yeast? Or only wild fermentation? Mine was about 8 abv... the amount of alcohol pretty much depend on the amount of sugars, and level of alcohol tolerance of the yeast... with wild fermentation may take longer time to ferment all sugars. And that ones looks good! Some yeast are sour taste too , maybe you got that
