X(Twitter) support is really very very bad. They have suspended my account for inpersonation although i was just suporting a specific project and did not have anything in my BIO to claim i represent that project.
I have to mention that i had a verified account for 3 years and i also uploaded my drivers license

I also have to mention that the projects team I was supporting made a special tweet and tagged X’s support to say that i am a supporter and not impersonating them.
After several appeals they unsuspended my account with the condition to chnage my BIO and name. I did that, but left my picture the one of the project

Surprise - i got suspended again and now I make apeals every single day, but noone answers.
Did anyone had similar experiences as me?
