Chinese car company Xpeng has challenged Tesla and Elon Musk by introducing its first humanoid robot, called Iron. According to published reports, the robot has more than 60 joints and has a degree of freedom of movement of 200. XPENG has claimed that it is already using Iron in its production lines, and that the robot will help assemble the P7+ electric vehicles. The robot is about 172 centimeters tall and weighs 70 kilograms.
