Why guess at who wins the ETH L2 war when you can own the best differentiated L1 with clear 20x+ potential. Plus the guy is a true class act w equal positivity & brains.

I think it’s safe to say you can win playing both hands, SOL and L2 (OP maybe)?

Get the hype on OP right now (& am holding f/ airdrop) as they have some great recent consumer side wins. However, I have big concerns w them hiring a career long (15+ yrs) Googler as their COO. Big tech execs coming into a 60-person org can cause all sorts of derailments. https://www.linkedin.com/in/prithvisubburaj

Aren’t they all starting in a basement/ garage and then moving into the real world hiring people that could help grow the team and product to the next level? 👀

That might have been the myth in the 90s but not how it works in reality. Google has 250k+ people and infinite resources. I've been an exec recruiter now for almost a decade and it's rare that I see people go from 15+ yrs at Google to being effective at a sub 100 person startup.

I hope they do honestly. This isn't me rooting against them. It's simply me saying my past experience tells me I shouldn't risk my capital on $OP versus what I deem as a safer bet w $SOL.
