examples:
- doordash x klarna for interest-free installments for food delivery
- hallie batchelder's CHD episode circa a few months ago
- "recession blonde" aka women opting out of hair touchup appts
- thrifting (and maxi skirts) making a major content comeback

I would say in general less spending on outsourcing services and  "luxuries" like eating out, memberships, or doing them less frequently, and more life hack content on how to do things yourself or at home etc. your hair, nails, fixing clothes etc
