Once they are in, they’ll eventually dig in more on their own.

Yes I agree with this, it needs to solve a problem for them and have decent Ux at the same time

I think an important question must be answered 

Why should they onboard to crypto in the first place? 

If it solves a real pain point for them, then next step is a ux problem to solve
