Biggest security mistake I made as a CISO: Pushing complex password policies without considering human behavior. Result? Employees wrote passwords on sticky notes. Completely defeated the purpose. Now I recommend: Password managers over complexity rules 2FA over frequent changes Training over restrictions Security only works when it's easier than the alternative. Took me 5 years to learn this 30-second lesson.
